These terms govern your use of Oakley Trust Bank's website, mobile app, and account services. By opening an account, you agree to these terms.

1. Your account

To open an account, you must be at least 18 years old and a US resident, and provide accurate identifying information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials and transaction PIN confidential, and for all activity that occurs under your account.

2. Deposits and fees

Oakley Trust Bank accounts carry no monthly maintenance fee and no minimum balance requirement. Deposits are insured by the FDIC up to the applicable limit per depositor.

3. Transfers and payments

You can move money between your own accounts, send transfers to other accounts, and pay bills through the app. Transfers are authorized using your transaction PIN. You are responsible for verifying transfer details before confirming, as completed transfers may not be reversible.

4. Cards

Debit and credit cards issued on your account are subject to the terms provided at the time of issuance. You can freeze or unfreeze your card at any time from the app.

5. Balance insurance

Optional Standard or Premium balance insurance coverage may be added to your account. Coverage terms, limits, and pricing are presented to you before you opt in, and coverage can be managed or cancelled from your account settings.

6. Prohibited use

You may not use your account for illegal purposes, to defraud Oakley Trust Bank or any third party, or in a manner that violates applicable law. We may suspend or close accounts found to violate these terms.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the app or by email before the changes take effect.
